Residential Interiors

Homes drawn around how you actually live — daylight, storage, daily ritual.

We begin every home with the plan, not the pretty. We ask how you wake up, where the laundry lives, and which room catches the afternoon sun. Then we draw.

Materials favour the long view: rift oak, honed stone, lime plasters and brass that patinas beautifully. Lighting is layered. Storage is integrated, not applied.

Architecture & Planning

From massing and plan to facade and material, with climate and context in mind.

We take on architecture where interior thinking can shape the building from the first line. Our architectural work favours daylight, cross-ventilation, and climate-responsive detailing over ornament.

For larger projects we collaborate with structural and MEP partners we trust, coordinating the entire design team from concept through handover.

Turnkey & Consultancy

One team, one contract — or advisory-only. Clear decisions from day one.

Our turnkey model takes responsibility for the whole project: design, procurement, site execution, and snag-free handover. Clients deal with a single team and a single contract.

Where clients already have a contractor or want independent guidance, we offer advisory-only engagements — drawing, specification and site oversight without procurement.
